Payback Analysis

Our typical process for analysis consists of 4 steps:

  • Step 1 – Determine the fit
  • Step 2 – Help quantify dollar savings
    • Perform a packaging SKU before and after cost
    • Identify any areas where a change in pack design or specification may improve cost, evaluate floor space, working capital and other areas of savings
  • Step 3 – Determine best set of machinery components and integration methods
  • Step 4 – Help build a return on investment of gross savings summary

Based on this analysis, we can recommend a machine system, as well as suggest the appropriate sizes of our continuous “ready to feed” raw material you should stock in order to acquire the greatest benefit from your Box on Demand system.
